½ CR.              1 LEVEL                     So./Jr./Sr.

In this course, students will study theatre by reading selected works from different historical periods. Students will address each of these works with a project from a different theatrical perspective, gaining practical experience in scenic design, costume design, lighting properties, etc. Students will also explore performance; developing skills in acting, movement, public speaking, improvisation, dance, & stage combat. In this course, every student must be willing to perform in front of an audience.
