How to Apply

8th Grade Applicants:

If you are an 8th grade student in a Parochial School, application forms will be given to you at your school. If you are a Public School 8th grade student attending PSR, application forms will be given to you through the PSR. All other Public School or Home Schooled students please contact the Director of Admissions to request an application be mailed to you.

Timeline for Archdiocesan Enrollment Process:

November 16, 2010 Applications must be returned to elementary school or PSR by this date.

November 22, 2010 8th grade records sent to 1st choice schools.

January 18, 2011 1st semester report cards sent to 1st choice schools.

January 24, 2011 If high school cannot accept applicant, records are sent to 2nd /3rd choice prior to this date.

February 4, 2011 Acceptance or non acceptance letters postmarked before noon.

June 8, 2011 2nd semester report cards sent to accepting high schools

Transfer Students:

SEA accepts transfer students at the beginning of semester only. Acceptance is awarded based on receipt of all records and transcripts from current high school and review by the Admissions Committee. Please contact the Director of Admissions for a Release of Transcript Form.
