Affirming Our Past . . . Empowering Our Future
SEA’s Capital Campaign, Affirming Our Past…Empowering Our Future, was launched in the fall of 2010 following an in-depth assessment of the current and future needs of the school. This assessment, which resulted in the launch of the Capital Campaign, focused on the need for facility updates and the creation of an endowed fund, the interest from which will provide tuition assistance for qualified students for years to come.
We are happy to report that, thanks to the already generous response to the Capital Campaign from the St. Elizabeth Academy family, the heating and air conditioning system upgrades for the chapel, cafeteria and library were completed during summer, 2012. With your continued support, updates to the HVAC systems for the rest of the building are next on the list, especially ending our reliance on the 90-year old boiler for heat!
* A special thanks to the Norman J. Stupp Foundation – Commerce Bank, Trustee, for their grant to underwrite the cost of the HVAC equipment for this project.
